Your Role in Project Delivery

As a Trade Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is about enabling projects to run well. Working closely with our delivery teams, you’ll contribute to the day-to-day flow of site activity and help ensure trades can focus on what they do best.

You’ll be involved in:
Rubbish removal and maintaining clean, organised sites
General labouring and light demolition works
Supporting trades across active projects
Assisting with site logistics and coordination
Ensuring materials, tools and site conditions are set up for efficient delivery





You’ll gain exposure to how projects operate in office and how strong support roles contribute to successful outcomes.

Who This Suits

What matters is how you show up:
You hold a valid MR (or LR/HR) truck licence, or are willing to obtain one
You have experience in labouring and some light demolition
You’re reliable, proactive and take ownership of your work
You work well in a team and communicate respectfully on-site
You’re willing to learn and contribute wherever needed
