About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll manage a residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing Residential Leases and Management Agreements
Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Liaising with tenants and landlords
Bond processing and administration
You will also preferably be able to handle:
Managing insurance claims
Handling SACAT matters when required
Bank reconciliation and rental trust accounting
End of month procedures and reporting
Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Current SA Property Manager Licence
Current SA Driver's Licence
Proven experience within the property management industry
Proficient knowledge of industry systems including PropertyMe, Tenant Options, Bonds Online, and Office 365
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
Strong communication and relationship management skills
