With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Director to lead and expand one of their key service sectors.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Project Director to take ownership of a specialist division, supported by an established business, strong delivery capability and a respected brand in the market.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will lead the growth and delivery of a dedicated sector, with a particular focus on either Health, Education or Data Centres.
This role combines project leadership with business development, allowing you to leverage your existing industry network to generate current opportunities while overseeing the successful delivery of major projects. You will mentor and grow a high-performing team, strengthen client relationships and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.
Job Requirements
10+ years' experience within a Project Management Consultancy environment.
Proven experience delivering projects within Health, Education or Data Centres .
Robust industry network with a demonstrated ability to win and develop new business.
Proven leadership experience managing project teams and mentoring Project Managers.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing client relationships and project profitability.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of Australian construction methodologies and project delivery.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
