You will work across a diverse range of complex commercial disputes, including:
Regulatory investigations
High-value and strategically significant disputes
Cross-border matters involving Australian and international clients

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
At least 2 years' experience at Senior Associate level in Commercial Disputes
Experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm
Strong technical litigation skills and commercial judgement
Excellent drafting, advocacy preparation and client management abilities
A proactive and team-oriented approach to practice
Experience gained in the UK or US, particularly involving large-scale regulatory matters or white-collar crime, will be highly regarded, although this is not essential.
