Shed Coordinator Programmed GO•Hobart, Tasmania, Australia

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the shed and yard.
Receive and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Handle incoming sales calls and assist customers with product selection and quotations.
Use specialised computer software to design customer solutions and prepare orders.
Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring all specifications are correct.
Maintain inventory and stock records.
Coordinate deliveries, pickups and product dispatch.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain a secure, clean and organised work workplace.
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting and record keeping.

About You

The successful applicant will:
Be methodical and logical in their approach to work .
Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Enjoy working with customers and building strong relationships.
Be confident handling customer enquiries and sales calls.
Have solid computer skills and the ability to learn and use design and order-entry software.




Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
Be able to prioritise tasks and work independently.
Have experience in customer service, sales support, administration, manufacturing or a similar role (preferred).
Hold a forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
