WWT Australia is hiring a Strategic Engagement Manager to support our Australian Strategic Resourcing business, based in Sydney / Melbourne.

Responsibilities
Manage consultants placed onsite with customers across Australia.
Onboard consultants, hold regular 1‑to‑1 meetings, communicate and produce status reports.
Serve as the escalation path for any issues for both resources and customers.
Encourage use of WWT tools and processes and promote resource involvement with other WWT teams.
Staff projects and manage utilization for customer engagements.
Perform capacity planning and forecasting for future engagements.
Coach and mentor engineering staff on best practices.
Consistently reinforce WWT Core Values.
Establish solid relationships with customers, the Account Management (Sales) teams, and internal teams worldwide.
Conduct regular check‑ins, manage issues and concerns, and provide feedback to customers and team members; deliver weekly status reports to sales account teams and customers.
Build relationships across the full sales cycle – Account Directors, Managers, AMs, hiring managers, etc.




Help grow the Australia SR business by identifying additional staffing needs or business opportunities and sharing insights with sales teams.
Work with SPAs to manage overall SR project health – including burn rates, weekly status, customer‑specific reporting, project financials, change orders and extensions.

Qualifications
5+ years of management experience, preferably in a qualified services environment.
Solid knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management and resource management.
Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred.
Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients.
Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity.
Ability to work independently and solve customer‑facing problems.Solid communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
