At least 7 years of experience working as a Test Manager or Program Test Manager delivering large, complex programs across corporate, finance, and insurance domains.
Proven experience leading testing across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and HCM platforms, with solid understanding of integration, configuration and end-to-end business process assurance.
Demonstrated experience in insurance domain programs, including delivery across enterprise transformation or transition initiatives.
Solid experience in corporate and finance functions, including finance processes, accounting controls, reconciliations, reporting and assurance of financial outcomes.
Experience defining program-level test strategies and governance across multiple test streams including vendor testing, SIT, UAT, CVT and PVT.
Experience leading broad test teams involving test managers,



test leads and test analysts across multiple delivery streams and external vendors.
Robust experience in agile delivery environments and in managing complex stakeholder landscapes including program managers, executive managers and business sponsors.
Highly skilled in setting up testing frameworks for large programs including test estimates, methodologies, tools, environments, test data, governance and automation needs.
Experience working across a broad technology landscape including digital, enterprise data and reporting platforms such as Redshift, Databricks and SAS, relevant to corporate and finance domains, is highly desirable.
Prior experience with JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
