Recrevi Group is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our high performing Sydney team.

This is an opportunity to join a specialist legal recruitment business working with leading law firms across Australia and internationally. You'll partner closely with our consultants on retained and contingent searches, playing a key role in identifying, engaging and managing exceptional legal talent.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys research, candidate engagement and delivering high quality work. You'll be part of a collaborative boutique setting where your ideas, initiative and contribution are genuinely valued.

What you'll do
Partner with consultants on retained and contingent legal recruitment assignments
Identify, engage and build relationships with high calibre legal professionals across Australia and internationally
Conduct market mapping and talent research to support strategic search activity
Prepare candidate marketing materials, blind specifications and job advertisements
Manage candidate outreach across multiple channels, including LinkedIn
Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our ATS
Assist with market intelligence,



salary benchmarking and broader recruitment projects

What we're looking for
Previous experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition, ideally within legal or skilled services
Strong research and candidate engagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in producing high quality work
