About The Role

Be the welcoming face of the home and the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. Provide friendly, professional customer service, manage calls and enquiries,



and support day‑to‑day administration to help keep the home running smoothly. Play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming workplace for everyone who visits.

What You’ll Bring
Administration or reception experience (desirable, but not required)
A friendly, positive and professional approach
Robust communication skills and confidence speaking with people
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
