We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Lawyer to join a leading organisation undergoing a significant regulatory and operational transformation for a period of 6 months with potential to extend a further 6 months.

This chance is embedded within a specialist team and you will provide practical support as new legislative and regulatory requirements are implemented.

This is a excellent prospect for a lawyer who enjoys working across legal and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on legislative interpretation, regulatory requirements and support the development and implementation of frameworks.
Support operational teams with complex eligibility, liability and decision making processes.
Assist in the preparation and management of tribunal and commission proceedings.
Partner with internal stakeholders including legal,



policy and broader business units to ensure compliant outcomes.
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, frameworks and guidance materials.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:
Senior Associate or Special Counsel level with a strong ER & IR or Workers Compensation background.
Strong statutory interpretation and legal advisory experience.
Experience working within complex regulatory environments.
