Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of property claims




Build solid working relationships with clients, brokers and underwriters
Provide transparent advice, updates, and guidance to clients throughout the claims process
Coordinate with insurers/service providers to progress claims efficiently
Maintain accurate claim notes, documentation and compliance standards
