Macmahon Maintenance Masters is Macmahon’s internal labour support division, providing support to Macmahon's surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a current challenge every day.

About the Role
We are looking for Tyre Fitters to join the team! You’ll carry out tyre fitting on mobile plant across our Vulcan Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Location: Vulcan Coal Mine I South of Moranbah
Roster: 7:7 DIDO
Rate: Up to $75 per hour (temp to perm)

Responsibilities
Tyre fitting on Heavy Earthmoving Equipment in Surface Mining
Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures
Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance
Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing
Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work
What You’ll Bring
Cert II in Tyre Fitting
Experience tyre fitting Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) ideally in Surface Mining
Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed
Commitment to secure work practices and job quality
