We are currently seeking Cargo Warehouse Operators for a reputable aviation company based at Perth Airport. This is an excellent prospect to build a long‑term career in aviation with a company that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth. To be suitable for this position you will need to be flexible and reliable with the ability to work day, afternoon and night shifts, including weekends as required.

Requirements
Experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or freight handling
A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating the counterbalance forklift
Hold a current driver’s licence
Hold a current forklift licence
Hold a national police clearance within 12 months or willing to obtain
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency working rights
Must be physically fit and able to lift and move around freight by hand
Aviation experience highly regarded

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift to move,



stage and load air freight
Handle and process incoming and outgoing cargo according to standard procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Uphold safety and security standards in line with company and airport regulations
