As the Site Finance Manager, you'll lead financial operations, partner with site leadership, provide financial control, operational insights, and drive performance improvements across manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions.

This is a critical role in ensuring accurate reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment in a business with ambitious growth plans for the future.

Key Responsibilities
Lead site financial reporting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting
Lead a small, efficient team of three (3)
Deliver timely and insightful analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
Partner with production and operations teams to monitor and improve site performance
Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and working capital management
Manage,



track and improve KPIs (financial and non-financial)
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Manage audit, compliance, and statutory requirements
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

About You
CA/CPA qualified
Proven experience in manufacturing or site-based finance roles
Strong background in costing, inventory, and operational finance
Advanced ERP and Excel capability, preferably utilising SAP
Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into action
Robust stakeholder engagement skills across operational and executive teams
Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
