Aston & Stone Consulting is seeking a highly organised Practice Manager / Senior Bookkeeper for a boutique accounting practice in Perth's northern suburbs. You will oversee day-to-day operations while providing hands-on bookkeeping and accounting support across a portfolio of clients.
Reporting to the Directors, you will manage workflow, payroll, BAS/IAS/GST, and month-end processes, maintain Xero and cloud systems, and mentor junior staff in a team-oriented setting.
