Work closely with a team of high-performing consultants to drive talent attraction and engagement, building relationships and supporting your candidates in their next career move.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates
Source high-quality talent through a variety of channels
Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures
The Criteria
Experience in the Property or Real Estate space essential
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport
