The Albert Brewery in Moonah, Tasmania, is seeking an experienced brewer to join our small, passionate team. This is a hands-on, full time production role covering grain to packaging, kegging and beyond, with a solid emphasis on quality and consistency of our lagers.
You will collaborate across a tight-knit crew, manage end-to-end brewing processes, and contribute ideas for product development while maintaining our traditional craft ethos.
