Tradefaire International is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our Wingfield branch. We service a diverse range of customers and industry sectors including OTR and Port/Industrial sectors. With a focus on quality service and effective tyre management we partner with market-leading brands to serve the trucking, industrial, and mining industries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor fleet tyre performance, addressing damage and wear issues.
Diagnose and provide accurate recommendations or solutions for customers.
Troubleshoot problems related to wheel balancing, tyre and rim issues.
Perform rotations, pressure checks, balancing and puncture repairs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional presentation.
Adhere to company and industry standards, policies and procedures.
Ensure a clean and tidy work setting.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a tyre fitting role.
Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Valid Driver's License, minimum MR.
A robust focus on safety and procedural compliance.
Good understanding of tyre sizes.
Cert II or experience in fitting heavy, agricultural, OTR tyres is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain).
