What You’ll Be Doing
The Site Engineering Manager plays an important role in supporting secure, reliable and efficient site performance. Reporting to the Site Manager and part of the site leadership team, you’ll lead the maintenance function and work closely with operations to ensure the site runs smoothly day‑to‑day.
This role focuses on maintaining plant reliability, improving asset performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. You’ll oversee maintenance planning, shutdown coordination, contractor management and engineering safety processes, while also contributing to longer‑term asset and improvement plans.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in engineering or maintenance leadership within manufacturing or industrial environments
Valuable understanding of maintenance systems, planning and reliability principles
Exposure to safety systems, permits and high‑risk environments
Solid problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data
Experience supporting improvement or capital projects (full ownership not essential)
A collaborative leader who can build relationships and support team capability
