About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Clarks Mackay team. This is an exciting chance for a strong retail leader who thrives on delivering results, developing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive sales performance, including UPT, ATV, and conversion
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium in-store experience
Manage daily store operations including rosters, stock, and visual merchandising
Analyse store performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail
Solid leadership and team development skills




Commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and KPIs
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for footwear and customer service
