Ramm Botanicals is a medium-sized, family-owned business located on the beautiful Central Coast. We are an integrated tissue culture laboratory and nursery production facility producing high-quality plants for both domestic and international markets.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Nursery Production Hands and Lab Staff to join our amazing team.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a supportive, hands-on team. The position involves a mix of nursery and laboratory-based production work, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability . While previous nursery experience is an advantage, it’s not essential — on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Duties:
Deflasking and planting of tissue culture plants
Harvesting and planting cutting material
Compacting, grading, picking, and packing stock plants
Maintaining accurate records and following production processes

Ability to stand for long periods and work in greenhouses in all weather conditions

This is a casual position with hours that may vary depending on production requirements.
