About the Prospect
We are looking for experienced and industry‑current Trainer & Assessors across multiple trades to deliver:
CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled trades professionals who are passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of industry‑ready graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, hands‑on training aligned with industry standards
Conduct compliant, fair, and valid assessments
Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey
Maintain accurate training and assessment records
Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities
Maintain strong industry engagement and currency
Relevant Certificate III qualification (Carpentry / Painting & Decorating / Tiling or equivalent)
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Recent and relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge of RTO compliance and WHS requirements
Experience delivering qualifications in an RTO/CRICOS workplace
Demonstrated training and assessment capability
Industry engagement and employer networks
Commitment to ongoing career development
