Then step into the spotlight as our Maintenance Operative—the on-the-ground legend who keeps Sydney's bus shelters and advertising sites looking sharp. This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job. It’s hands-on, active, and seriously satisfying.

What You Will Be Doing
Turning bus shelters into spotless, protected, and shiny spaces (think: glass clean-ups, fixing seats, structure checks, weed spraying, general glow-ups)
Zapping graffiti and tackling minor repairs like a pro
Posting fresh advertising campaigns every fortnight (plus mid-cycle and special installs – including shopping centre sites!)
Making hazardous sites secure and secure
Spotting, reporting, and staying ahead of faults and damage




Repping the brand by keeping your company vehicle clean
100% sticking to safety, WHS, and company standards

About You
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
Previous experience with basic hand and power tools
Asset maintenance experience preferred but not essential
Punctuality and reliability
Full Drivers Licence is a must
Ability to also pass a pre-employment Drug & alcohol check, driving history/licence check and reference checks.

In return, you will be given two weeks fully paid training, a fully maintained company vehicle and mobile phone, as well as a realistic bonus scheme.
