Uniting in Shepparton, VIC, is seeking a Youth Group Facilitator to support the Diversity Project Youth Group for LGBTIQA+ young people. You will facilitate group programs that promote wellbeing, social connection, resilience, and community participation, using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
You will plan and deliver protected, inclusive activities, collaborate with staff, and help young people develop confidence, peer relationships, and access to supports in a youth-centred setting.
