What you’ll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly, professional manner
Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
Handling phone and email enquiries promptly and courteously
Processing patient accounts and payments
Keeping the front desk and waiting areas clean, tidy, and inviting
Supporting clinical staff and other team members as needed
Carrying out general practice administration tasks

What we’re looking for
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Clear, confident communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing




Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Calm and composed when things get busy
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Initiative, resilience, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment
Previous dental or healthcare reception experience is a bonus — but not essential
