Are you an organised and commercially minded project professional who enjoys delivering outcomes? Star Pharmacy Group is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to join our Business Development team on an 8–9 month contract, supporting the growth and development of our national pharmacy network.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Business Development and Growth, this role will coordinate smaller end-to-end projects while supporting larger strategic initiatives aligned to store growth, acquisitions, refits, and operational improvement across the network.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver smaller end-to-end projects aligned to business development and store growth
Support larger projects including acquisitions, refits, and operational initiatives
Monitor timelines, budgets, documentation, and key milestones
Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong governance processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet commercial and operational objectives
Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives

About You





You will bring 2–5 years’ experience in a project coordination role within pharmacy, retail, or a similar commercial workplace.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
Solid planning and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Commercial acumen and the ability to balance time, cost, and quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
