Terror Twilight Catering, the catering arm of Melbourne's Yolk Group, is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and take our catering menu to the next level.

We're known for fresh, high-quality, café-style catering delivered across corporate events, boardroom lunches, training sessions, private functions, film and TV sets, photo shoots and more. We're looking for someone who shares our obsession with flavour, freshness and pushing culinary boundaries.

About the role:

Based in our Collingwood kitchen, you'll lead day-to-day kitchen operations, manage a small team, and help shape recent menu items and seasonal specials. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants ownership over their kitchen and the creative freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table.

You'll be perfect for this role if you have
Previous experience as a Head Chef or senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen




Strong organisational skills — you can run a tight, efficient kitchen under pressure
A creative flair for menu development and seasonal dishes
The ability to lead, train and motivate a team
A genuine passion for fresh, quality produce and hospitality
