What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Apply screen protectors professionally and carefully for customers.
Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
Recommend products based on customers' needs and introduce our latest collections.
Help customers choose the right accessories for their devices.
Process sales and maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and other tasks as required.
Be a part of a positive and supportive team.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, reliable, and enjoys interacting with customers.
Passionate about customer service and retail sales.
Confident communicating in English (Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage but not essential).
A quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to improve.
Able to solve customer questions professionally.
Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.
Aged between 20 and 35 years.
No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided, so if you're eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
