aspiring futures SA is seeking reliable, caring Disability Support Workers to join our team across Adelaide's Inner North East/West, North and South. You will support participants with psychosocial, physical and intellectual disabilities, including autism and complex behaviours, at home and in the community, following each participant's plan and preferences.

The role focuses on promoting dignity, independence and safety, with duties such as personal care, daily living tasks and community access.
