The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a‑la‑carte dining setting
Proven track record in leading a high‑performing team
Exceptional service skills and guest focus




Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic setting and high‑pressure service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
