General Service Support Officer Buckland Aged Care Services Yetholme, Current South Wales, Australia

Buckland is a quality provider of Aged Care services situated in Springwood in the Lower Blue Mountains NSW. We are a well-established non-for-profit organisation and are well respected in our community.

Currently we are seeking a highly motivated General Service Support Officer to join our team in a part- time capacity.

Candidates must be available to work the following shifts:

7:30am to 4:00pm

Week 1 -Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2 - Tuesday

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Receiving and unpacking a variety of delivery's (heavy lifting involved)
Deliver, rotate & unpack clean/dirty linen throughout the facility
Empty, clean and sanitise kitchen bins
Distributing stock and equipment throughout the facility

With a high-level attention to detail
With a proactive self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
Flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment




Able to build meaningful relationships with the team and residents
Understands the need for privacy & confidentiality
Willing to be a team player and assist co-workers where needed
Has the ability to work alone and unsupervised
Has the ability to work safely and promote safety in the workplace

Please note : You will need to be physically fit as you will be on your feet for long periods of time and must be comfortable lifting moderate-heavy goods and performing manual tasks.
