Location: Avalon National Distribution Centre, Victoria – inbound team.

Responsibilities
Manage daily work plans and prioritise tasks within the team.
Apply and maintain standard operating procedures to meet planned KPIs.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, safety and service.
Ensure compliance with safety policy and procedures, including HVNL/CoR.
Utilise knowledge of WMS dispatch systems and freight carrier software.
Provide training, guidance and ongoing support to the team.
Assist in maintaining and developing warehouse operations systems and procedures for product handling,



storage, receiving, equipment utilisation, inventory management and shipping.

Qualifications
Solid communication skills with the ability to build working relationships.
Exceptional organisational skills, reliability and a robust work ethic.
Leadership and management experience; ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Capacity to improve warehouse efficiency and streamline day‑to‑day processes.
Desire to grow within the company and build a career.
