ICT Change Manager – Canberra

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for an ICT Change Manager in Canberra .

Qualifications
Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations or IT Change Management.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of changes arising from Requests for Change (RFCs) within complex ICT environments.
Demonstrated experience managing organisational change in complex ICT environments, including supporting the successful adoption of recent systems, processes, and technologies.
Demonstrated experience facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and managing end-to-end change lifecycles.
