Woolworths Group is seeking a proactive Team Leader for our Proactive Services crew. You’ll lead a small team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste support across our stores, helping create a hygienic workplace for customers and colleagues.
You’ll roster and coach the team, coordinate with Store Leadership to identify priorities, track hours and attendance, manage consumables within budget, and perform hands‑on tasks to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
