You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring we are delivering an exceptional high level of customer service. The role requires you to have a friendly, polished approach, and is ideal for someone who is people orientated with a positive outlook.

Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person or by phone to determine the customer’s needs
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a professional manner
Greet customers entering the reception area in a qualified and friendly manner
Conduct regular routine administrative functions and provide general clerical support
Ensure reception area is clean, secure and well maintained
Ensure that clients using our waiting areas are comfortable and attended to
Practice and promote company WHS policies and processes at all times
Skills & Experience
Customer service and administration experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent personal presentation and friendly demeanour
Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
Experience using Microsoft Office, software and telephone systems
