Sanctuary Family Solutions is seeking compassionate House Managers to support Residential Care Workers. The role focuses on trauma‐informed care, staff coaching, and maintaining a protected, welcoming home workplace for children and young people.

You will model therapeutic practice, mentor staff, and ensure daily notes, policies, and rosters align with organisational standards. This is a hands‐on role in a caring, team-oriented team dedicated to safeguarding youth and delivering quality care.
