About Our Client
Our client is a major Federal Government department investing in the modernisation of risk, compliance and governance functions through the Service Now platform.
With several programs already underway and additional projects planned throughout 2026 and beyond, they are seeking experienced consultants who can help deliver scalable and sustainable Service Now outcomes.
About the Role
As a Senior Service Now Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering complex IRM and GRC solutions within a highly team-oriented delivery workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Facilitating stakeholder workshops
Configuring and enhancing Service Now IRM capabilities
Designing workflows and automation solutions
Supporting integration activities across enterprise platforms
Producing solution designs and implementation documentation
Working closely with architects, business analysts and technical teams
The Successful Candidate
We are interested in professionals who can demonstrate:
Service Now development or technical consulting experience
Exposure to IRM, GRC, Risk Management or Compliance programs
Robust workflow design and configuration capability
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
