(office is located at Head Office, Canberra)
Pay details – Salary packaging: $58.37 to $60.95 + 12% superannuation and salary packaging up to $15,900 per year.

What you will do:
As a Therapeutic Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for trauma-informed care, guiding and supporting staff, carers, families, and teams. Your role will involve developing and implementing Therapeutic Response (BIS) plans, facilitating Therapeutic Care Team meetings, conducting Reflective Practice sessions and trauma-informed care assessments.
You'll ensure that children and young people's voices are heard and included in their care plans.
