Vrahos Contractors is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Labourers and Concreters to join our team in Darwin. You will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our worksites.

What you'll be doing

Assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites

Performing general labouring duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials

Supporting concreting activities such as site preparation, mixing, placing, and finishing concrete under supervision

Preparing work areas and cleaning up at the end of each day

Operating light equipment and machinery as required

Maintaining a high standard of safety and following all relevant protocols

Demonstrating strong teamwork and communication

Carrying out concrete placement, screeding, finishing, and curing

Setting up formwork, boxing, and reinforcement as required

Operating concreting tools and equipment safely and efficiently





Reading and following site plans and instructions

Ensuring high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail

Working collaboratively with site supervisors and labourers

What we're looking for

Valid Construction Industry White Card (mandatory)

Experience in civil construction

MR Truck Licence

Traffic Control tickets (preferred but not essential)

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work overtime when required
