Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team in the following roles:
About the Roles
Waste Truck Operators: Operate waste collection vehicles, transporting waste materials and recyclables between depots and service locations, ensuring safe and productive waste disposal and recycling operations throughout various locations in Darwin.
Liquid Truck Operators: Drive specialised liquid waste trucks for the safe collection and transportation of liquid waste products. Candidates with experience in liquid transport operations will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to clients and contribute to the smooth operation of waste collection and recycling processes.
Perform assigned duties safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Ensure vehicles are maintained and in good working condition.
Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Valid and current license for truck operator roles (HR, HC or MC).
Knowledge of Darwin suburbs and surrounding areas.
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
A commitment to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
Experience in the waste management or recycling industry is advantageous, but not essential.
Candidates must be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol testing.
