Fleet Controller Assistant | Darwin | NT

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Fleet Controller with MR Licence for an immediate start with our client based Darwin, NT. This is an excellent Monday to Friday opportunity offering full time hours, overtime and the chance to join a well-established transport and hire business.

Key Responsibilities:
Check trucks, trailers and light vehicles in and out of the yard
Coordinate the daily movement of fleet and equipment
Move vehicles and equipment around the yard as required
Provide a high level of customer service to clients
Complete data entry and fleet administration using computer systems
Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
Ensure the yard is organised and equipment is ready for hire
Work safely while following company procedures and policies

Our Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in the transport or hire industry
Experience working in a Fleet Controller or similar fleet coordination role
Current MR Driver's Licence (essential)
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn fleet management systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills




Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen (if required)

$42.00 per hour flat rate | Weekly Pay
Monday to Friday roster
38-hour week with overtime available
