About the role:

As the Time Slotting & Inventory Coordinator, reporting to the Road Freight Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless stakeholder and customer experience, timely accurate time slotting, customer ownership, inventory administration and assist with day-to-day supply chain operations planning tasks.

In this role you will also:
Document questions and answers about site access and mass limits in tracking list, escalating questions to the Road Freight Manager




Complete close out activities associated with customer rejections and demurrage, including stock return and purchase orders
Support the updating of Site Heavy Vehicle Access Profiles, maintaining Permit Library information and communicating the access to the relevant internal and external stakeholders
Review Harvest Receivals for mass compliance
