What we are looking for
Previous experience in a premium setting
Food and beverage knowledge and skills
Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience and a consistent sequence of service
Solid interpersonal skills and presentation
Holds a valid VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
