The Leaders

The Managing Director is an accomplished leader within the FMCG industry who brings a unique perspective, having held both operational and C-Suite positions throughout their career. Down-to-earth and authentic, they are passionate about ensuring employees are treated well and understand the positive impact this has on how products are manufactured, customers are supported and the broader business performs.





The People & Culture Manager will work closely with the Human Resources Director and partner with functional leaders across Australia and New Zealand.

The Chance

This is an initial six-month opportunity leading the P&C; function across Australia and New Zealand, with an immediate start preferred. For the first two months, the role will operate as a job share with the current Human Resources Director, working three days per week.

This initial period will provide a structured handover and the prospect to build relationships, understand the business and become familiar with its people priorities, operations and ways of working.

You will then step into the role independently, taking sole responsibility for leading the People & Culture function during the Human Resources Director’s absence. When the Human Resources Director returns in January, the role will transition back i
