We are seeking an innovative and passionate Commis Chef to deliver a memorable experience in our dynamic 26 & Sunny cafe-style venue.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present high quality a la carte dishes to five-star standards




Work collaboratively within a friendly, rapid paced, professional kitchen environment
Support Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations and service delivery
Maintain consistency, presentation and flavour across all dishes
Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

About You
Sound knowledge of the latest trends in the Industry
Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality experience
Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
Creative with an eye for detail and a flair for presentation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Completed technical education in hospitality or culinary school
