About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our vibrant casual team at the BIG4 Launceston Holiday Park.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest accommodation is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, contributing to an exceptional visitor experience.

What you'll be doing
Thoroughly cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Performing routine cleaning tasks in public areas such as BBQS, Camp Kitchens and common spaces
Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate personnel
Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and protected workplace for guests and staff
Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to guest requests
Assisting with laundry duties as needed

What we're looking for




Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting
Solid attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
