We've built a community-led, culturally relevant brand with a quick-paced eCommerce backbone — and now we're looking for a sharp, performance-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to help us scale.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join us on a contract basis. This isn't a "set and forget" gig — you'll be owning the strategy and execution of our Facebook Ads channel. From structuring ad campaigns to optimising creative performance, you'll be keeping a pulse on results daily and making smart, proactive moves to maximise return.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to test, scale, and iterate on campaigns that fuel growth.

What You'll Do
Manage and optimise all Facebook ad campaigns (prospecting + retargeting)
Set up, structure, and scale ad groups/ad sets based on performance
Ensure tracking, attribution, and pixel setup are working correctly
Report weekly on performance: what creatives are winning, what's driving conversions,



what to cut
Work with the creative team to brief, test, and refine ad concepts that align with brand voice
Stay on top of best practices, current ad formats, and algorithm changes

Who You Are
You've run ads for 7–8 figure eCom brands and know how to scale profitably
You're hands-on inside Ads Manager (no agencies — just you, a builder and optimiser)
You understand creative strategy as much as technical campaign setup
You're confident with tracking and attribution (Meta pixel, conversions API, GA, etc.)
You're performance-obsessed, with a track record of driving real revenue, not vanity metrics
Bonus if you've worked across multiple markets (AU + US)
