Linfox is seeking an Operations Administrator for our Intermodal team in Chullora, NSW. This permanent full time role supports transport operations and finance by handling invoicing, PODs, customer accounts and operational reporting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and adaptable start times between 8:00am and 9:00am.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and subcontractors to resolve billing queries and maintain accurate records using Excel and transport management systems.
