About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

Villa Pelletier is a founding aged care home located in West Leederville, serving 40 residents. The facility features wide hallways and nurse call buttons in each bedroom and bathroom. As a Registered Nurse you will lead small clinical teams to deliver high‑standard, person‑centred care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To
Supervise and direct the delivery of client‑focused care delivered by staff
Assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly
Develop individual care plans in consultation with clients and significant others
Comply with all relevant legislation and policies
Uphold the organisation's values and principles in all areas of service delivery

About You

As a Registered Nurse you hold a valid AHPRA registration and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are detail‑oriented, able to work effectively both in a team and independently, and have a genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives.

To Be Considered For This Role,



You’ll Need
A valid AHPRA registration
An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards and Quality of Care principles
Valuable knowledge of ANACC requirements
Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
Great interpersonal and communication skills
