About the role
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to recipe and presentation standards
Work across kitchen sections as required
Support smooth, timely service during busy periods
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
Assist with preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and broader kitchen team
What you will bring
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
Relevant cookery qualifications are highly regarded
A robust work ethic and reliable approach
Sound food safety and hygiene knowledge
The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
